We added this freezer to our garage on Monday so we™™ve had it 4 days. It is fantastic! The Costco delivery team recommended that we leave the freezer empty for 6 hours. We did so. The next day I began to add frozen vegetables, fruit, and meats. We love this freezer. We have it set to the recommended temperature and everything is very solidly frozen. I can™™t think of a complaint.

Stainless exterior looks great, but shows every fingerprint and if there is a little ding it shows that too. Also, where water dispense is located does not have any type of tray to hold excess water, drips down face leaves water marks. Now the inside is perfect, there is drawers for everything and plenty of room forItems being used every day.

After 3 failed deliveries, and 3 months later I finally received the 4th freezer. It did arrive with a tiny dent on the side of the door but its better than the others. It's unfortunate that these appliance arrived with damage at all. Two of the deliveries were suppose to be "white glove". The "white glove" delivery service is relative to who the delivers are. When the 3rd delivery showed up dented, I was told that it was inspected before it was delivered but I should expect some damage because the appliances are handled by many people. I told the deliverer, "I didn't pay for damage and therefore will not, accept damaged appliances" It's sad really. I've come to the conclusion that more often than not, quality and service are just advertisement words, but when it comes down to actually receiving it, proves to be a challenge After many months of back and forth with Home Depot (the fulfiller of the order), my situation was resolved. Now I'm hoping the freezer and refrigerator I ordered last me for years without issue, fingers crossed. I do recommend getting an extended warranty because my parent also ordered the same freezer and refrigerator and their refrigerator started freezing up after 8 months of use. After several failed attempts to fix it, they had to get a new one. I love the look and space both appliances provide.

This model has 4 wheels that makes it move easily, but bear in mind that they do not rotate (like any freezers/refrigerators), still able to get it just where I wanted to with no problem. It is garage ready and this model comes with adjustable legs to level it, which is something that not all models have. Love the outside temperature setting on front of the door. Seems to run very quietly and cooled down in a timely manner. It is a larger unit than what we originally purchased/wanted of a different brand that did not work; (but that is another story); empty nesters. I did prefer the LED light in the other model, my only complaint about this one. So far we are pleased with our replacement. Will update this review if we have issues and so far there are none.

For the most part the refrigerator is good. I hate that the ice maker jams quite a bit and you don™™t know until there is no ice. Would rather not have it covered. Also the meat drawer broke soon after we received it, but Frigidaire took care of it.

Impressive freezer with all the right features: automatic soft close door, audible notifications, efficient LED lighting (nice and bright), thoughtful placement of shelves and door pockets, lots of ways to configure shelving to your needs. We are also pleased with the way it looks and sounds. It is very quiet and it has performed flawlessly. The delivery/installers placed the unit where we wanted it and plugged in the unit. Just a side note: We should have removed the blue tape inside before the unit was turned on because the tape had hardened a bit and it was difficult to remove, but with some effort, we were able to get it all. Overall, an excellent value for the money.
