No problems with freezer. It freezes food like it should. Only issue is the green light at the bottom. The function of the light is great, it just takes a little to get used to in the middle of the night, very bright!

So I'm only two weeks in and don't feel this review covers the breadth and depth I'd hope it will. This freezer was an add-on to a bigger upright we currently own. It helped us get out of a small chest freezer. I like the bucket at the bottom of the freezer and the racks in the store have nice holding depth. The adjustable shelving is nice also. I don't care for the fact that the refrigerant is flammable but it seems like all appliances are going that route. Had I known that prior to purchase, I could have went to my local hardware store and bought a freezer. I think, knowing what I know now, I would have held off on this purchase a little longer. It does what I need it to do now but I feel it will be to small in the long run.

We owned a 10 cubic foot freezer from a competitor that would stop running without notice every few months. I always managed to notice the failure to run just in time, till it's last time to stop running. I didn't notice it not running. We lost everything in the freezer. We immediately drove to the local orange DYI store to find a replacement, and immediately settled on this 13 cubic foot freezer. We liked the bigger size. The previous freezer had drawers that we thought would be useful, but we wanted the shelves in this freezer so we wouldn't have to constantly dig through drawers. The previous freezer was a manual defrost, this one isn't. This freezer also has a small green light on its bottom that shines on the floor just in front of the freezer letting you know it is powered on(we keep it in our laundry room). The power on light is a great idea! The new freezer holds a consistent 0 to +2 degree F temperature. And it was on sale! We are very pleased!

Quite happy with this freezer. I especially like the bottom outside light to let you know it is running. Only disappointment is the capacity. Frigidaire claims 13 cu ft capacity but actual usable capacity is less that 12 cu ft.

I purchased this freezer to replace a Whirlpool one that lasted approximately 35 years. So far this freezer seems great™"I especially like that it is roomy & has a green light at the bottom to let you know at a glance that it is on. It also has shelves on the door for extra storage & is very quiet ™" hope this freezer will last a long time.

This upright freezer is a replacement for a 7 cu ft Frigidaire chest freezer we bought in 1999. It was still working very well we just needed more space. Based on our experience with the old one, I expect the new one to last a long time .

We're not using our freezer in the garage. It is in the lower level of our home where I sit and work on the computer. Therefore, I get to hear it when it clicks on and off. It runs quieter than our old freezer. It is also shallower and taller than our old freezer. We weren't real keen on having to get an 11 c.f. instead of the 11 c.f. that we had, but the quiet operation and the inside light is great. The extra small door pocket seemed useless. However, we have found that it it works well for shredded cheese and boxed vegetables. This is also our first frost-free freezer. It will be a blessing to not have to defrost it several times a year. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase. Use of baskets to keep items organized is recommended.

I like the freezer and it is working ok. I just have a problem with the inside LED light. It burned out and does not work. I called Frigidaire and they send me 5340521909 light assembly indicator power. How do I get an LED light, It's still under warranty. Delivered on 12/9/24 purchased 11/ 7/24. It's on upright.

Our Frigidaire 13 Cu. ft. upright freezer is such a blessing. I live with two family members with physical disabilities. A chest freezer would not work for them. They can access everything in the upright freezer where food is accessible and easy to see. Our freezer is filling up with gluten free breads, rolls, pizzas, Outshine bars of various flavors for every member of our family; butter and chicken from Costco, and half a Bison cut and wrapped. Even so there is still room for frozen produce and berries once our garden begins producing. We appreciate the green light outside at the bottom, letting us know the freezer is still working, and the interior light, easy temperature setting, and organized interior shelves and basket. I cannot digest gluten or beef. Bison is not available in summer, and gluten free foods become scarce in stores just before Thanksgiving and into February so this freezer provides us a means of having good, healthy food year 'round. It is amazing!

I like the design, it has a small footprint but holds a lot of food and is designed so that the food is very accessible. It's easy to see what I have. I really like the little green light that shows it's working- I see it glow every time I am in the garage and I feel my food is safe. I am saving so much money buying in bulk and on sale! And I am enjoying stocking it with homemade dinners for busy days- no more takeout! A great investment.
